This piece is part of the “All-City” series showcasing NYC five boroughs. Hip Hop was a major part of my influence during the 90s and I wanted to represent each Borough with its respected artist. Brooklyn All-city represents all the hip-hop heroes I used to listen to during that time period. I also add contemporary known celebrities that represent the culture and borough of Brooklyn.

The origins of the term “All City” the state of being known for one's graffiti throughout a city. Originally, this term “meant to be known” throughout the five boroughs of New York City through the medium of subway cars.
